Frontpoint’s managed services model, instead of being “break-fix,” is more practical. Our company provides proactive, preventative maintenance to PCs and servers with 24/7, 365 monitoring and scripts that run automatic updates. Our managed services mission is to keep PCs strong and healthy, preventing meltdowns.
In addition to our core managed services, we also offer offsite back-up and email hosting, sell hardware, and provide equipment, when needed. We have the advantage of being a DELL certified partner, a certification that does not come easily. We are also a Microsoft certified systems engineer and a FileCabinet authorized reseller.
Our Gold Level managed services package, the best one that we offer, provides you with unlimited computer support. We will help you with every task involving your computer systems, everything from setting up servers to helping you print or access a specific website. We will bring value to your company.
